Process Principle

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA for short):

PSA is a state-of-the-art gas separation technology, which has an irreplaceable position in the on-site gas supply process in today's world.

Principle of variable pressure adsorption :

Under the condition of adsorption equilibrium, when any kind of adsorbent adsorbs the same gas, the higher the gas pressure is, the higher the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent is. Conversely, the lower the pressure, the smaller the adsorption capacity.


Process principle of PSA oxygen generation

Variable pressure adsorption oxygen generation equipment is a device that adopts molecular sieve for oxygen generation as adsorbent and utilizes the principle of variable pressure adsorption to obtain oxygen. Under a certain pressure, it utilizes the difference of the adsorption amount of oxygen in the air and oxygen on the surface of the special molecular sieve for oxygen production, and controls the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve through the programmable controller to achieve the process of alternating cycle of A and B towers, adsorption at pressurized pressure, desorption at reduced pressure, completing the separation of oxygen and nitrogen, and obtaining the required purity of oxygen in a continuous manner.
