Oxygen is drawn out from the lower part of the upper tower and reheated in the main heat exchanger and then sent out of the cold box and pressurized by the oxygen compressor to the users. Dirty nitrogen is drawn from the upper part of the upper tower and reheated in the subcooler and the main heat exchanger to be sent out of the fractionating tower, part of which is used as the regeneration gas of the molecular sieve adsorber, and the surplus dirty nitrogen is fed into the water-cooling tower as the cooling source to cool the circulating water. Nitrogen is led out from the top of the upper tower, and after reheating in the subcooler and main heat exchanger, a part of it is sent out as product nitrogen, the rest of nitrogen enters into the water cooling tower as cooling circulating water, and the product liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen are sent into the storage tank.

Purification system: molecular sieve adsorber, electric heater, air release silencer, switching valve, etc.
Fractionation tower system: expander, main heat exchanger, condensation evaporator, subcooler, upper tower, lower tower.
Product gas compression system: oxygen press, nitrogen press.
Liquid storage gasification system: oxygen, nitrogen liquid storage tanks, liquid pumps, vaporizers and so on.
